Earl has 22 years of Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Venture Capital experience.  Earl worked for Morgan Stanley & Co in the Transportation, Logistics and Telecomms Infrastructure Group.  Earl was the COO of JPMorgan Investment Management – Americas. After nearly 10 years in banking and asset management, Earl transitioned to various senior roles at private equity and venture capital firms.  Earl co-led the second dual-token offering executed in the US. Since then, Earl has advised on token offerings in the following sectors:  digital art, commodities trading, media, real estate and internet security.

Jill is a Founding/Board Member and COO for the Digital Asset Trade Association (DATA), as well as the former SVP for Sparkchain and Spark PR. Jill has advised over a dozen high profile blockchain companies including Orchid Protocol and Orchid Labs, Current, Sensay/SENSE.  Her previous experience includes work with the US Congress, World Bank Group, UK Parliament, UKIBC and several Democratic state and national political campaigns. Jill has keynoted several technology conferences and published and/or received coverage in Forbes, Distributed, NYTimes, BBC, and the Washington Post.



Marissa was a co-founder of ARK, a leading strategic and investment advisory in the crypto and blockchain space. She has worked on 10 token sales/STOs and made six investments in the space in the last year. She is an expert in tokenization models, token capital markets, and security tokens, and has spoken about these topics at many conferences including Crypto HQ during the World Economic Forum and at Slush. Previously, Marissa was a corporate lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City, where she ran M&A and corporate finance transactions for BlackRock, Blackstone and Highland Capital, and advised clients regarding U.S. Securities laws and FINRA.

Gus Donohoo

Gus was recently the Blockchain Strategist for Venture Aviator where he did tokenomics models and whitepaper development for seven different blockchain projects. Prior to this Gus was the PR Director of the ICO hosting platform Cryptonomos, which helped six blockchain projects raise US$220M in 2017. Gus formerly worked as the Senior Editor for FLAUNT Magazine and taught Law and Ethics as an academic at the Australian National University. He holds degrees in Law, English Literature, Physics, and Astronomy and Astrophysics.
